Commercial Terms & Conditions All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the following: Payment You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. All charges for work contracted through this website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. Price Quotations Services available through this website are priced by Archangel in a quotation delivered to you (usually within two business days from the date of your submission of materials for consideration) by email, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance between you and Archangel. All quoted prices are subject to confirmation by you. If you do not confirm the purchase price quoted by Archangel, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by email with confirmation of your intention to complete the purchase at the quoted price within 90 days, after which time the main body of your submitted materials will be permanently deleted from Archangel's servers. Upon your emailed confirmation of the price quoted by Archangel for the services requested by you, Archangel will send you an email confirming its receipt of your approval of the quoted price. This email will contain instructions on how to complete your payment according to the terms set out in the approved quotation. Restrictions on who may purchase, what may be purchased and where items may be delivered You may only purchase or order items for lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident or legal entity residing in Canada or the United States of America to purchase from the website. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of Canada and the United States of America.
